How the fundraiser works: Operate concession stands during home games.

How the fundraiser works: Sell muffins and breakfast items before school.

*Blazers Meet and Eat–– Start Date: Sept. 8
How the fundraiser works: On the scheduled date, families and community members dine at the participating restaurant. The restaurant donates an agreed-upon percentage of all qualifying sales from that day (or time window) back to Blazer Athletics. Supporters just need to mention the event or present a flyer at checkout for their purchase to count toward the fundraiser.

*Blazers Punch Card/Vendor Discount Card–– Start Date: Oct. 8
How the fundraiser works: Local businesses partner with the school to offer discounts or special deals. Supporters purchase the Blazers Punch Card, which they can use throughout the year to redeem these deals.

Pumpkins Sale and Jackolantern (Glow Walk)--Oct. 24
How the fundraiser works: Families purchase pumpkins from the school to carve at home or during a community carving event. Carved pumpkins are displayed along a designated “Glow Walk” path, illuminated for a festive evening stroll.

College Coin Campaign (College Basketball Season) 
How the fundraiser works: During college basketball season, supporters vote for their favorite team by placing coins or bills in that team’s jar. The team with the most donations “wins” bragging rights, and all funds raised go to support the athletic program.

*Silent Auction- First Day to Bid May 6
How the fundraiser works: Businesses, families, and community members donate items, experiences, or gift certificates. These are displayed for bidding during a school event or online. Participants write down their bids, and the highest bidder at the close wins the item. Details:

Lake Wheeler Invitational-April 24-25
How the fundraiser works: Discovery facilitates Concession Operations Partnering with UNC/Duke, Discovery plays a lead role in the success of the Invitational by providing beverage services to the 2,000 fans.

Casino Night –Date: Feb.14th  Time: 7:00 - 11:00 p.m. 
How the fundraiser works: Guests purchase entry tickets that include a set amount of play money or chips for casino-style games such as poker, blackjack, and roulette. Players use chips for fun (no actual gambling for cash), and can “cash in” for raffle entries or prizes. Proceeds from ticket sales, sponsorships, and raffles benefit Blazer Athletics.

Blazers Golf Tournament April 28–Blazers Golf Tournament Wine and Nine
How the fundraiser works: Players register individually or as a team to compete in a friendly golf tournament. Registration fees, sponsorships, and contest holes (such as longest drive or closest-to-pin challenges) generate revenue.
